Step-Up! Online Walking Program

Did you know that one of the best ways to get healthy is one of the easiest? Walking is natural and easy, and will help improve your overall health and fitness.

Step-Up is a voluntary, 60-day exercise program designed to make staying healthy easy, interactive, and fun. We’ll provide you with a pedometer, educational materials, access to our interactive Step-Up Walking website, and incentive opportunities (optional) along the way.

Following the 60 day Step-Up Walking Program, participants are enrolled into a 10 month maintenance program which concentrates on proper nutrition and increasing exercise.
